Die Suche nach dem perfekten Hotel f\u00fcr den n\u00e4chsten Urlaub kann manchmal ganz sch\u00f6n aufwendig sein. Vorteile vergleichen, Bewertungen lesen \u2013 und am Ende wei\u00df man doch nicht, welches Hotel es nun werden soll. Als wir unsere Kroatienreise geplant haben, war uns aber relativ schnell klar, in welches Hotel es f\u00fcr uns gehen sollte.<\/p><\/div>

Wir (Sarah & Sarah) waren sechs Tage im kroatischen Dubrovnik im wundersch\u00f6nen Valamar Argosy Hotel<\/a> und haben das 4-Sterne-Hotel f\u00fcr euch genauestens ausgecheckt! Schon beim Einchecken wussten wir: Hier gef\u00e4llt es uns. Der Eingangsbereich ist hell und einladend und wir wurden bereits an der T\u00fcr herzlich von einem der Mitarbeiter empfangen, der uns auch unser Gep\u00e4ck direkt abgenommen hat. Unser Hotelzimmer im Valamar Argosy Hotel<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Wir haben ein Doppelzimmer mit Balkon und Meerblick gebucht, denn wenn man im Urlaub morgens mit einem wundersch\u00f6nen View startet, wird der Tag gleich doppelt so gut! Das Zimmer war sehr hell, was durch die hohen Decken und die Einrichtung in den Farben Wei\u00df, Beige und Blau noch einmal unterst\u00fctzt wurde. Das Hotel wurde 2018 renoviert, sodass alles hier sehr modern wirkt. Vor allem das Bad ist modern und sehr sauber. Auch die restliche Zimmerausstattung ist super. Alle Zimmer haben einen Safe, einen Fernseher und eine Klimaanlage und bieten auf jeden Fall ausreichend Platz f\u00fcr zwei Personen. Unser Highlight war nat\u00fcrlich der Balkon mit dem unglaublichen Meerblick!<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Die Pools<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Nachdem wir unsere Koffer abgestellt hatten, wollten wir nat\u00fcrlich sofort an einen der Pools. Das Valamar Argosy Hotel hat vier Pools: einen Indoor-Pool im SPA-Bereich und drei Outdoor-Pools, von denen einer ein Kinderpool ist. Die Outdoor-Pools bieten durch die erh\u00f6hte Lage alle einen wundersch\u00f6nen Blick auf das Meer und sind ausgestattet mit ausreichend Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Es gibt auch ein paar Daybeds, aber hier m\u00fcsst ihr schnell sein, denn diese sind verst\u00e4ndlicherweise seeehr beliebt. Handt\u00fccher gibt\u2019s hier nat\u00fcrlich auch. Wir haben uns an einen der Outdoor-Pools gelegt, den wundersch\u00f6nen Ausblick genossen und uns nach der Anreise so richtig entspannt.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Das Hotel verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber keinen eigenen Strand \u2013 was allerdings \u00fcberhaupt nicht schlimm ist, da sich direkt unterhalb des Hotels drei wundersch\u00f6ne Strandabschnitte befinden, die man nutzen kann. Gut zu wissen: In Kroatien gibt es kaum klassische Sandstr\u00e4nde, sondern eher Kies oder Klippen\/Felsen. Das ist am Anfang vielleicht etwas ungewohnt, aber man gew\u00f6hnt sich superschnell daran. Der gr\u00f6\u00dfte Vorteil ist, dass das Wasser dadurch unglaublich klar ist \u2013 und man hat nicht \u00fcberall Sand, was auch sehr angenehm ist!<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Neben dem Valamar Argosy Hotel befindet sich das Valamar President Hotel,<\/a> das zur gleichen Hotelkette geh\u00f6rt. Hier gibt es einen tollen Kiesstrand mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen, die man mit der Zimmerkarte des Valamar Argosy Hotels verg\u00fcnstigt mieten kann. Man kann an diesem Strand auch verschiedene Wassersportger\u00e4te, wie beispielsweise Stand-Up-Paddles oder Jet Skis ausleihen und eine supercoole Strandbar f\u00fcr einen kleinen Snack am Mittag gibt es auch. Au\u00dferdem gibt es nebenan noch einen Abschnitt mit einem Steinplateau an den man sich auch ohne Liegen legen kann.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Unterhalb des Valamar Argosy Hotels befindet sich der bekannte und beliebte Coral Beach Club<\/a>. Auch hier gibt es einen wundersch\u00f6nen flachabfallenden Kiesstrand, Wassersportger\u00e4te und noch dazu einen Steg, von dem du ins Meer springen kannst. Hier ist alles etwas cooler und extravaganter. Die Daybeds sind superbequem und noch dazu sehr stylisch. Auch das Restaurant ist wundersch\u00f6n und das Essen und die Drinks wirklich gut. Das Coolste: Jeden Tag legt ein anderer DJ auf und spielt chillige Launch-Musik und abends verwandelt sich der Strand in einen angesagten Club. Ein Tag hier ist vielleicht etwas teurer als an anderen Str\u00e4nden, aber daf\u00fcr auch unvergesslich.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Neben dem Coral Beach Club befindet sich der Copacabana Beach<\/a>. Hier geht es etwas ruhiger zu, aber es ist nicht weniger sch\u00f6n. Es gibt Sonnenliegen, Schirme und wundersch\u00f6ne Cabanas in denen du einen entspannten Strandtag verbringen kannst. Unser Highlight an diesem Strand war das romantische Restaurant. Ein Abendessen hier mit Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang kann nur fantastisch sein!<\/p>

Wer sich so richtig entspannen will, kommt hier auch auf seine Kosten, denn das Valamar Argosy Hotel hat einen wundersch\u00f6nen SPA-Bereich mit zwei Saunen, einem gro\u00dfen Massageangebot und verschiedenen Kosmetikbehandlungen. Der ganze Bereich ist sehr elegant ausgestattet und verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber bequeme Daybeds und Liegen. Beim Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck gibt es eine gro\u00dfe Auswahl an kalten und warmen Speisen. Brot und Br\u00f6tchen, frisches Obst und Gem\u00fcse, eine vielf\u00e4ltige Wurst- und K\u00e4seauswahl, verschiedene Aufstriche wie Avocadocreme und Humus S\u00fc\u00dfspeisen, Obst und vieles Mehr stehen am Buffet immer bereit. Au\u00dferdem kann man sich Pancakes und verschiedene Eierspeise auf Wunsch frisch zubereiten lassen. S\u00e4fte, Wasser und Kaffee stehen nat\u00fcrlich auch bereit, genauso wie diverse Milchalternativen, Joghurt, Haferbrei und M\u00fcsli \u2013 besser kann der Tag nicht starten.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Jeden Abend ab 19:00 Uhr \u00f6ffnet das Restaurant des Valamar Argosy Hotels seine T\u00fcren, sodass man sich nach einen Stadt- oder Strandtag st\u00e4rken kann. Auch die Auswahl beim Abendessen ist riesig! Es gibt jeden Tag ein superfrisches Salatbuffet, an dem man sich selbst Salate zusammenstellen oder einen der bereits vorbereiteten Salate nehmen kann. Suppen und andere Vorspeisen gibt es auch zur Gen\u00fcge. Die warmen Gerichte wechseln t\u00e4glich und werden immer frisch direkt am Buffet zubereitet. Da gibt es immer verschiedenes Fleisch, Fisch, diverse Beilagen, Pasta, Pizza und sogar eine vegane beziehungsweise vegetarische Auswahl. Und der Nachtisch darf nat\u00fcrlich auch nicht fehlen: zahlreiche Kuchen, Cremes und warme Nachspeisen stehen bereit, genauso wie frisches Obst. Dem Schlemmen steht also nichts im Weg.<\/p>

Neben dem leckeren Essen, gibt es hier Abends aber noch ein anderes Highlight: Das Restaurant bietet einen direkten Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang und der ist wirklich atemberaubend! Wir konnten uns teilweise gar nicht mehr auf das Essen konzentrieren, weil uns das Farbenspiel am Himmel total abgelenkt hat \u2013 das war wirklich einer der sch\u00f6nsten Sonnenunterg\u00e4nge, die wir in Europa bisher gesehen haben.<\/p>

Wer mittags Hunger bekommt, kann an der Poolbar zwischen verschiedenen Gerichten, wie Salaten, Burgern, Snacks und vielem mehr w\u00e4hlen. Hier gibt es auch den ganzen Tag kalte Getr\u00e4nke \u2013 mit oder ohne Alkohol.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Die Pools und auch die diversen Strandzug\u00e4nge haben uns wirklich sehr begeistert und wir haben hier gerne unsere Zeit verbracht. Und auch unser Zimmer hat uns gut gefallen, vor allem das superbequeme Bett!<\/p>

Ein weiterer Pluspunkt des Valamar Argosys ist die ausgezeichnete Lage: In nur 15 Minuten ist man mit dem Bus, der direkt vor dem Hotel h\u00e4lt und alle 10 Minuten f\u00e4hrt, in der Altstadt, was wirklich unglaublich praktisch ist. So braucht man kein Auto, was in Dubrovnik sowieso nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen ist, da die Parksituation mehr als schwierig ist.<\/p>
